6 Ceramic Cones

Hand-made ceramic cones, decorated with traditional Hungarian Kalocsai ornaments – designed for making 4-6 serving size Kurtosh-Kalach pastries in your home oven.

*Kurtosh Kalach (Chimney Cake) is a traditional Hungarian pastry baked above charcoal cinder.

Oil the cones first.

Follow the line while wrapping the dough.

I am a tooltip for a hotspot

Roll the cone to make the dough uniformly thick.

You can place sugar, cinnamon or chopped nuts on the counter & roll the dough on them!

Place the cones on a baking pan, allowing enough space in between for the heat to pass evenly.

Great for serving while stiil hot or at room temp. as well!

Serve as is, or add toppings like chocolate, or ice-cream on the side (or inside:)!
